This open general export licence (OGEL) allows the export or transfer of goods, software or technology for the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) TF-X programme from the United Kingdom to any of the destinations listed in this licence. Licence allowing the export or transfer of goods, software or technology for the Turkish Aerospace Industries TF-X Programme. The Existing version has been revoked and replaced with a new version.

Permit for the export of less-restricted controlled military goods.



4) Transhipment open general export licences

Transhipment licences allow controlled goods to pass through the UK on the way to other destinations.

Licences which control the trafficking and brokering activity between one third country and another where the transaction or deal is brokered in the UK or by a UK person.
