Export Licence
🔓 Understand the official authorisation required to export certain controlled goods, software or technology.
An Export Licence is an official authorisation issued by a competent government authority permitting the export of specified goods, software or technology, subject to stated conditions. It may identify the authorised items, destination, end-user, quantity or permitted end-use. An export licence is distinct from a registration requirement, which records specified information but does not automatically grant permission to export controlled items.
