So, what is ROSA?
ROSA is a one-stop shop for rules of origin for your product under the EU trade agreements listed above. ROSA is free and easy to use!
How does it work?
Go to My Trade Assistant on the DG Trade website:
Enter
the product
the country of export
the country of import
and click search.
The results you see are, for example:

How can I see the Rules of Origin?
Scroll down and click on ROSA on the left.
In order to qualify for the lower or zero preferential tariffs under the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the product must originate in the EU or the United Kingdom. Rosa can be used by both exporters/producers and their suppliers to assess whether this product fulfils the rules of origin and can therefore be considered as originating.
What will ROSA show me?

After completion of the above points in the form, the trader can get an assessment of origin on their product.
