Welcome to the sixth edition of The Customs Watch USA.
Suppose we are to trust President Trump’s announcements on Truth Social on Thursday last week.
In that case, 25% tariffs against Canada, Mexico, and 10% additional tariffs against China will enter into force tomorrow (On 2 March the President Duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. 1321 is available from both countries). I have recorded a video to look at the various tariff announcements and updated our expert blog to read.
